New Outlets / (Franchisees)
The company is looking at suitable locations to grow its presence in the South East and compliment its existing outlets. A full support system is in place from site selection through shop fitout to marketing support.
Sub- Contracting
With the investment in both equipment and computer technology, drycleanit are in a position to offer high street drycleaners the option of contracting out their drycleaning
Typical benefit for using Drycleanit’s outsourcing service:

Ø More retail space for additional income sources
Ø No consumables to be purchased, perc etc
Ø No equipment maintenance

In addition DrycleanIT has added Ladies Hat hire and an alterations and repair service to its retail outlets. These services can be made available to sub contract customers thereby providing additional income streams.
Retail Partnerships
Drycleanit have a number of retail partnerships and believe this offers significant possibilities and therefore are currently looking to establish further partnerships within the retail business sector. This approach is mutually beneficial, as it facilitates a greater presence in the market for Drycleanit and offers an extra revenue source and increased footfall for the retail shop through its offering of additional services (drycleaning & alterations ).

We have developed a substantial commercial section to the business providing drycleaning for staff and Guests to the hospitality and industry sectors.
